Welcome to McClendon Elementary
McClendon Elementary opened its doors in 1998.
The building is named for Carylene McClendon. She taught in Community many years, including serving as a principal while teaching and driving a bus for the district. She was a beloved and respected educator in this community.

Starting on Thursday, January 12, 2023, McClendon Elementary will have a new, longer road for parents and guardians to use when dropping off and picking up students.
